The app isn't detecting my arrival at a car park. Make sure Location access is set to "Always" for TicketLess in your phone's Settings, and that the car park's location was set accurately when you registered it.
How do I stop a parking reminder? Open the relevant parking session from the home screen and mark it as paid, or delete it.
How does Print & Post work? After purchasing it on an appeal letter, your letter is emailed to our team, checked each morning, and posted the same day by physical mail to the parking operator.
How do I restore a purchase (Premium or a letter credit) on a new device? Use "Check subscription" on the paywall screen, signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy it originally — it'll also show you when a Premium subscription renews.
Why didn't "Remind me later" wait as long as I expected, or repeat when I didn't want it to? The Profile screen's "Unpaid reminders" setting (every 30/60/90 minutes, or a set time) only controls the general "you haven't paid yet" nudge. A car park with its own time limit or deadline — a stay-limit site, or an airport drop-off — always follows that deadline instead, regardless of what's set there.
